Women are an important and underrepresented group in the independent agency world. While women make up nearly 60% of agency employees, they make up only 31% of agency principals meaning that women are still underrepresented in leadership positions. Join Agent for the Future Advisor Shannon Chatman for a session that will speak to the unique challenges that women in independent agencies face and identify ways to overcome these challenges so we can create our own path to leadership together. This interactive session will bring together women from all stages of their career to create connections that last far beyond the NetVU experience.
