As an artificial intelligence (AI) advocate and evangelist, Dale empowers independent insurance agencies to adapt to rapid changes in technology and evolving customer expectations, equipping agents and brokers with the latest digital tools and strategies to attract new prospects, build customer relationships and drive business growth.

As a former journalist with over 20 years of experience in digital marketing and sales consulting, Dale shares valuable insights and strategies for integrating technology into sales, marketing and agency operations. A self-described usability geek, you can often find Dale testing out the latest tools and technologies.

Dale is a trusted authority in the industry and shares his expertise through one-on-one coaching and consultation sessions, podcast interviews, articles in well-known publications and mainstage sessions at industry conferences. Beyond tech and AI in insurance agencies, he has deep expertise in business continuity, sales enablement and agency perpetuation.

Dale earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and holds several advanced AI for business certifications. Outside of work, Dale enjoys long-distance cycling, cooking for family and friends and exploring Seattle’s vibrant food and culture scene.
