With many employees working remotely at some point in the last year, the line between work life and personal life has blurred, as has the line between office and home.
While the move to remote work brought challenges, many insurance agency employees found they were just as productive working remotely as they were in the office. Some welcomed the change, happy to ditch their commute and have more family time. Others missed the structure of in-person work at an office.
Studies show that a majority of employees would prefer to continue working remotely at least part of the time, while a majority of company executives would prefer to have everyone in the office most of the time.
As more insurance agencies return to the office, insurance agency leaders have to navigate this tension. They will have to figure out how to effectively lead and manage employees in a hybrid work environment and how to build strong agency cultures with a mix of in-person and remote employees.

Insights on Hybrid Workplace Environments
From now on, I think our agency will always be somewhat of a hybrid of in-person and remote work.
